After being met at the airport/port and transferred to your Puerto Montt hotel, you will have the rest of the day to explore the city and its surroundings at your own leisure.

During this exciting full-day excursion you will visit the quaint German-influenced village of Frutillar and Puerto Octay. Built by German immigrants during the 19th century, Frutillar is located on the western shores of Lake Llanquihue. Generally considered the most attractive lake village, it provides absolutely spectacular views of the Osorno and Tronador volcanoes towering above the lakes glistening waters.

Frutillar also houses the most complete museum in the area, which exhibits samples and relics from the colonial period. After a delicious snack (included in the tour) at the Lavender Tea House in Frutillar, you will return to your Puerto Montt hotel in the late afternoon to enjoy the rest of your evening at your own pace.

After breakfast you will transfer to the airport/port to take your airplane/boat for your return journey home or to the next location on your Chile vacation.
